I asked for all the fees that were required to purchase a car. After I received them as well as free shipping via text message, I agreed. When I gave them info for the loan, they said they didn't realize I l car. After I received them as well as free shipping via text message, I agreed. When I gave them info for the loan, they said they didn't realize I lived in a different state than my cell phone # showed. Apparently thats how I was identified by my cell phone. They then charged me another $300 for shipping for their mistake. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and agreed. I then received the bill of sale and saw another $253 in misc fees on top of the shipping and other fees we agreed to. I had asked early on for all the fees and this amount was not mentioned. Even though I had the fees in writing, they refused to honor that and insisted I had to pay the additional fees. One mistake is understandable but two is deceptive. Needless to say but I walked. Buyer beware with this dealer. More
