My husband and I decided to "stop and look". We needed a truck that would pull a horse trailer, 4WD, farm work and still be good for a family with older teens. Living out in the country means you need RELIABLE. So we go in with the idea this will be a futile effort but.....what the xxxx. We are met by Holly Calvert (a great, real down to earth person) she listen to what the hubby liked and disliked. We found a couple prospects with truly respectable prices, then comes the tension time. As I said these guys got us financing but due to time constraints we had to come back the next day. So all you can think of is "yeah we got an okay but what kind of interest and payments, and for how long?" The next day Holly had at least 4 trucks lined out for us to look at, and it didn't take that many to make a choice. Okay, Hubby picks one, now it goes to Rigo ( a true character with a great sense of humor) to run the numbers. Long story short.... we got a like new, awesome truck with a price lower than posted, lowest interest rate that we've seen in years, and a completely workable non-stressful payment. These guys really do make buying a truck NOT SUCK!!!!! More

I just want to say thanks to Holly Calvert and the guys at Super Car Guys (west). Buying a car didn't suck .My husband and I visited a big name/popular dealership earlier this year. As soon as we pulled into the lot all of the vultures ( sales people) came looking for prey. I told them what I was looking for and my price range. They were really pushy and showed me what they thought I wanted . I have social anxiety and all I wanted to do was look at my options without being pressured. We had our 8 year old daughter with us at the time and it was very chilly outside.I left her in the" play area" and none of the games worked,so we had to hurry because she was bored and there was nobody to watch after her. This is a huge fancy dealership,but the atmosphere and customer service was awful .We left without buying,but have been receiving harassing calls and emails at least once a week. I was so relieved to meet Holly! She hung back and let us look,but when we had questions she was very helpful and knowledgeable. Everyone we met at Super Car Guys was friendly. They don't make you sit in a little office and make you wait all day. It was a fast process in a nice environment. They even have plenty of entertainment for kids. I highly recommend Super Car guys. Everyone was quite friendly and worked to help find me a car. Lance was patient as we went to all three lots in Wichita so I could look at and test drive different cars. I had a great experience with Super Car Guys. Brandon Whalen was my sales agent & he was really friendly, down to earth, and understanding. I wasn't expecting to be approved on getting a car and wouldn't have been disappointed if I walked out without one. I explained to them the type of car I was looking for and they showed me around the lot and directed me to the cars that they were sure I would like and were in my price range. Since I am a first time buyer and I am a young adult, I was concerned with pricing. They both worked together and worked with me to help find a car that best fits me and for a great price. They are Non-Commision, and I can tell because I felt like I had their undivided attention. They continued to work with me, even if it took awhile. I did not feel pressured to buy anything. I was completely satified and still am. I highly recommend Super Car Guys. If you are wanting a great experience, No-Hassle, Friendly staff, Great priced, Nice cars, w/ complete satisfaction; this is the place to go. I will be referring them to everyone I know. Holly Calvert was the one that worked with me the most, but she had a lot of help from the rest of the staff. I have absolutely horrible credit and I really had no hopes of leaving the lot with a vehicle. but she had a lot of help from the rest of the staff. It took a few days for them to find something I really wanted and during that whole time I never once felt pressured to leave the lot in a vehicle I didn't want. Alex, Rigo, and Michael were all very super polite and friendly when it came to walking me through my credit history and the finance options available to me. They even took my 96 Grand Marquis off my hands, the car had a salvage title and I still owed over $1,300 on it! I can't say enough good things about Holly either, she was so sweet and I never once felt like I was just another dollar sign to her. These guys aren't commissioned based and that makes all the difference in the world compared to other lots. You can see they all pull together and do the best they can to get you what you want and need. Within the first few minutes there Holly had asked me some of the most important aspects in the car I was looking for. I said I wanted reliability and gas mileage, and I even said I didn't care about looks. They were able to find me a Toyota Yaris with only 55k miles!! It fit all three of my requirements. More

This was our second time buying a car from Super Car Guys and both times Michael Wiseman was our sales man. i have recommended him to several of my friends and acquaintances. I contacted Michael a few weeks ago and told him that the first car we bought from them was falling apart. He told us to come in to see what he could do for us. We test drove the Suzuki SX4 Sedan and did not like it. We wanted the Suzuki Sportback which was a little more expensive than the Sedan. I explained to Michael that at this time we did not have any money for the downpayment except the money we would have spent on the car payment. The manager Alex sent us home in the Sportback while they sorted out the numbers. It took 3 days of us going back up there, and on the 3rd day of walking in we could not be happier. Michael told us he was able to get us completely out of our Hyundai, which we owed $8300 and some change, and also he was able to get us into the Sportback with NO down payment because of the Suzuki Rebates. It had always been a dream of mine and my husband's to own a new car, and Michael made that possible. Then after we had signed the paperwork, they filled up the gas tank and washed it all up for us, and sent us on our merry way. Then about 10 days letter we receive a call from Super Car Guys and they stated the lender had made a mistake and our payment was going to be lower. Of course we have not really had a lot of good luck, so we were thinking it would be only a $1 cheaper, but when we showed up they told us our payment went down by $40. I was ecstatic, because now we are only paying $50 more a month for a brand new car than what we were paying for our 2009. i will continue to do my business with them, as they have always been good to us...Thank you Michael and Alex for an excellent car buying experience, and for getting us into the car of our dreams.
