A BIG thank you to Vince and Bob. Vince was great conversation and positive throughout the whole situation and BOB he is not satisfied until everyone is satisfied and that says a lot seeing as how many twists and turns we have gone through on my process alone. Once everything is said and done, they are very Customer Service oriented, their teams are set up so someone is always with you and available. It's not a typical dealership!! Buying a car REALLY doesn't have to suck! More

2012 Altima purchased from West St Location I am so HAPPY! I love my new car and above and beyond that, I LOVE MY SALES TEAM!! I have purchased many new and used cars over the years, but never I am so HAPPY! I love my new car and above and beyond that, I LOVE MY SALES TEAM!! I have purchased many new and used cars over the years, but never have I enjoyed the experience as much as I enjoyed working with Caleb, Cary and Jared at the West Street location of Super Car Guys! First off I went in and Caleb Willoughby met me in the parking lot. I told him what I had seen online and he told me he would get the cars to me that I wanted to look at and we set a time for me to return the next day. Cary and Jared worked relentlessly to get me a great deal, amazing warranty coverage and ultimately I drove home the car I wanted. These three gentlemen were friendly and FUN to work with! They made buying a car virtually painless and provided me with the best professional service and some great laughs in the process. I was treated with respect. As a single woman that doesn't need or want 'help' buying myself a car, these gentlemen know how to respect that. I will and already have recommended them to several people today and will continue to do so! THANK YOU!!! More

The commercial says buying a car don't have to suck.It did. We drove from Dodge City to Wichita to look for a car.I saw the commercial Super Car Guys. It said no matter your credit.When we got there, we worked with Tony Nave. He was friendly. He took my information. Cary Lubbers started working with us. He was not friendly and he was pushy. he told me my credit was 0 and I needed a co-signer. I got a co-signer and they brought a 2014 Ford Fiesta to the door. We test drove it. It drove good but I don't like Ford cars. That was the only car I could get. My co-signer had two jobs but they only put down one job. We tried to explain to Cary but he wasn't understanding.The experience was very stressful .The finance company called the next. They said if Cary would have put down the other job, we could have got other car options. The car was not bad but I wanted a Honda. More
