Just what I needed I came back to SCG after looking for a car for my exchange student in August. I filed it away in my mind that if I needed a car in the future, I'd definitely check it out again. Unexpectedly, my car was rear-ended while on Christmas vacation & I found myself looking. Josh was so patient & helpful in the most frigid of weather. I came back a 2nd time after looking on the Internet as he had suggested. I found EXACTLY what I wanted after the guys went up to the ROOF to get it after cleaning off several inches of snow (thanks!). Dave in finance was patient with me while I waited for my insurance check. The manager on that evening (sorry, name forgotten but I remember your sweet twins!) was patient & worked with me to meet my need. I love my Altima and am always excited to drive it every day! I've already recommended SCG to several people. In fact, when they saw my folder in the car they wanted to know if my experience was like the commercial touted! It was nice to have helpfulness, not pushiness. More

The East Location earned my business. I saw a great deal online and jumped on it quickly. Though we couldn't find the car at first, Angelo knew exactly who to talk to to find the vehicle I I saw a great deal online and jumped on it quickly. Though we couldn't find the car at first, Angelo knew exactly who to talk to to find the vehicle I was looking for. He went above and beyond to make sure that no one swooped in to get the car I was interested in and helped me close the deal on it the next day. I didn't have a great experience at the West Store prior to my visit East, but Angelo was a great help. The entire process was pretty easy. Everyone I encountered were friendly and I appreciated them taking their time to explain my options. NOT ONCE, did I feel pressured to do something that I didn't want to do. I would definitely do business with them again. More
