The salesmen were all friendly with each other and helpful in every manner to me and to their colleagues. Daughter's 1st Major Car Purchase Scott was amazing in helping my daughter w/selecting the 1st car she's financing herself. He took responsibility to ensure all concerns we had about the car were addressed & handled. Wonderful detail work was done & a passenger window switch was repaired. A bill of sale was presented to our bank, our bank offered a better warranty, then our experience started to become less favorable. Our banker wanted to understand why the price of the car had to increase once the SCG warranty was removed. Chris couldn't provide an answer & gave the call to David. David was irritating w/a needless explanation of a history of the deal. For expediency, I asked David to meet us in the middle if we're going to get the deal done. He finally quoted a price that we could live with & I told him I'd call to confirm after speaking w/the parties involved. After talking w/my daughter & the bank, I left two messages for David--neither of which were returned. We came to the dealership the following business day & dealt w/Josh, since Scott wasn't in that day. Josh restored our faith in SCG at the 1st handshake. He confirmed the deal & ensured the car was ready to go. Josh made sure Andrew assisted us w/the final paperwork & was very friendly. Josh made sure all of the final touches were completed so my daughter had a smile on her face when she drove off the lot. More
