Broken Promises Poor Service I went to Super Car Guys to purchase a 2013 Jetta TDI. I was super excited when they told me they could get me approved with my cosigner with a 4.99% I went to Super Car Guys to purchase a 2013 Jetta TDI. I was super excited when they told me they could get me approved with my cosigner with a 4.99% APR and my payments fairly low with the extended warranty and gap insurance. They were so confident they allowed me to take the car home that night without any paperwork being done. For a week and a half I called the dealership to find out what was going on with my deal, and never did I get any answer until this past Wednesday (June 25th). Finally I was told much to my dismay that I was unable to purchase the car they had promised me. I gave them another option which I was told would likely work. So I drove down to the dealership which is 2 hours away from me. I arrived around 4:30 pm. It took well over an hour for anyone to say more than I will be with you in a minute. At 7 pm they finally had a vehicle to show me, which was nothing I was interested in. They tried to place me into something that would have been miserable in. I was unimpressed with this dealership and would in no way recommend it to any one in the state of Kansas. I felt they were lazy with their financing, and receiving a call back was like smacking my head against a brick wall, completely pointless. I went to CarMax in Wichita and drove off with a 2014 Chrysler Town and Country today (June 29th, 2015), less than a week after having been at Super Car Guys. They were much more attentive to my needs as a customer looking to purchase a new vehicle. More
