A friend recommended I go to Super Car Guys, because she purchased her car there and had a pleasant experience. I decided to check out the inventory online, and found a car that I was interested in. Shortly after I received a call and set up an appointment, to "just look". I mention this because my plan was to "just look", especially with my past experiences elsewhere sitting in the back of my mind. Dusty greeted me when I got there and reassured me that they did business differently and didn't rely on commission, so there wasn't any extra pressure. He didn't try and up sell me, he found out what I was interested in and took me to it. They made sure I got the best deal and that I didn't have to put up with false information and promises. I'm still in shock that it was all such a simple process! More

Even though I originally visited the Rock road location, the managers I spoke with there (David Carranza and Chris Jackson) sent over a very friendly and knowledgable salesman, Josh Jackson, to escort me to the Kellogg location to ensure I got the experience and in the end the vehicle I desired. Every manager and other employee I came into contact with was friendly and polite. It was also a great plus that we got to munch on free pizza, popcorn, and soda while waiting for some of the paperwork to be taken care of. Overall, a great atmosphere, exemplary customer service, and excellent selection would make this dealership my top choice in Wichita. More
