Super Customer Quality Where You Feel Like Royalty My search started as usual in their car lot looking for an reasonable cheap deal because of my dire circumstance after viewing their immediate invento My search started as usual in their car lot looking for an reasonable cheap deal because of my dire circumstance after viewing their immediate inventory, I thought to myself, "Well doesn't Look Like I will have any luck with the prices I'm viewing" after returning with my younger brother and his wife back to their vehicle who provided transport to Super Car Guys we were about to leave when a young gentleman named Justin approached us and asked did we find anything we liked. I immediately said there are so many beautiful cars to choose from, but because of the situation I was in, probably could not afford anything at those prices. Justin warmly invited us in and seated us at one of the the customer tables and replied before we start would you all like some refreshments or coffee in which he pointed to consumption center in the corner of which we gladly accepted. After explaining in short my situation to Justin, thinking maybe there were no possibilities of getting or making a deal, "Justin gave an concerned look and said let me get Cary for you, there might be something we can do for you". Justin returned with Cary we spoke I explained my situation and the specifics of what was at hand, Cary obtained pertinent information ran it through and then came up with a solution involving two cars to choose from that could possibly help pull off a deal in my endeavor, can't say it was actually the price I was intending to go for, but because of my dire situation could not have received a better deal or service for what Cary and Justin provided and pulled together. I'm driving again behind the wheel because of the GREAT! Help from these three 'SUPERCARGUYS !!! More

My 2 children were also treated with respect and consideration through the entire deal, 5 1/2 hrs, with family room, drinks, popcorn, etc. Truly a caring, family oriented company. Thanks folks!!! Amazing Dealership On Dec. 8th me and my wife attended Super Car Guys to purchase a vehicle because we seen the commercials advertised and my brother also purchased a ve On Dec. 8th me and my wife attended Super Car Guys to purchase a vehicle because we seen the commercials advertised and my brother also purchased a vehicle from here. We sat down in a very happy environment. People purchasing cars left and right so me and my wife after being previously turned down at other car lots figured we had a chance especially since someone was just approved and their credit score wasn't even that high. After running through options and getting approved we picked out a 2014 Ford Fusion with low miles the perfect car for my wife for a Christmas present. Since we started the deal late at night our sales rep Angelo and his team mate Jesse along with Bob in finance told us we were approved through the computer generated approval system and they would get back to us on finishing the paper work. We waited almost a week and half with no answer. My wife called the dealership and asked, "What's going on with the deal"? " Why is it not completed yet and what's taking so long"? She was speaking to Jesse and he assured us that we had the car and everything was ok. After waiting another 4 days (now making this a total of two weeks) we finally get a call saying we didn't get approved for the car that we were told was ours. Seeing how we've told everyone in the world and the dealership putting our picture on Facebook we were in disbelief and I was very angry! We went to the dealership and the car selection they tried to put us in was terrible. We felt like Jesse didn't care about us at All! My wife and I was furious at the selections we were being offered and my credit had taken a hit so it wasn't like we could go anywhere else. They tried to work some deals out but it wasn't ending up in our favor and all hope for this car search was about t come to an end! I was very disappointed and felt as if I let my wife down and my family! We needed another vehicle so that she could get to and from work and our schedules wouldn't conflict with one another along with getting the children to daycare and to school. Angelo really tried his hardest to rectify the situation so Jesse, then Bob got involved. After they couldn't really help it was almost hopeless and it was about time to throw in the towel and accept reality that we really got screwed. My wife couldn't let that be our reality and when she realized no one could help us any further we went to the higher up Josh! While I was at work trying to pray about the situation my wife is at the dealership venting to Josh explaining how we had been accepted by the bank, Jesse assured us we had the car and that we've had the car for 2 weeks and we were now about to be stripped of our happiness! He worked his butt of making sure us the customer was taking care of! He didn't lie to us and try to sugar coat anything he was amazing. The next day he worked out a deal were we could be in another 2014 Ford Fusion but not the one we really wanted! It was sad but it was better than nothing. The next day off work on 12-18-2015 we were approved by the bank and ready to sign papers. Josh comes up to us and says, " How would you like it if I could put you in the car that you've been driving for the past couple of weeks and that you really wanted in the first place"? We said we'd give you a hug! He made that deal happen! After all the headache and thinking all of our possibilities being exhausted Super Car guys made this happen!! I want to thank Jesse we might not have seen eye to eye in the middle of deal you still were helpful! Like to thank Brandon for being a great help as well in this car buying process! Bob you were awesome for trying to make a deal happen and staying late til almost 10:30 at night to run numbers even though you guys closed at 8pm. Kindale for being awesome at multitasking in this deal! Angelo for being the best help a customer could ask for and not trying to force us into something we didn't want but rather seek our needs as a customer we really thank you! To Josh the man we are forever grateful to for making things happen that we didn't even think we're possible with the whole experience you really have the right position as the overseer of the Super Car Guys on Rock Rd ! To the owner as well for having wonderful team members in place. When I went in I was in a panic because I really needed a new car, but I knew that my credit was less than great. But by the end of the day they had me in an AWESOME new car that I can afford! Amazing Experience I wasn't sure what to expect when I went to Super Car Guys. I read reviews that we're all positive and decided this was the place to go. From the moment I walked in for my appointment Chris constantly assisted me throughout the process. He always checked on me during wait times and made sure I never felt ignored. Jesse came to talk to me and took a long time explaining everything to me so I didn't feel in the dark about anything. He was straight forward but very considerate of my car buying needs. Bob was extremely pleasant and put forth a large amount of effort to fit all the numbers into my particular budget and was willing to continue to do what it took to make it happen. Jesus worked as quickly as he could to prepare the documents and explain each one to me. All of this personalized treatment and they were crazy busy!!! The only regret I have is not being able to visit longer! They were all easy and amazing to talk to and I could have talked to them all day. I must add the AMAZING family area they have to keep children happy during the car buying experience. There is no other place I know of that thinks about their customers that much. I want Jesse, Chris, Bob, and Jesus to know how much I am grateful to what they did for me. I survived a rough financial spell in life and they worked hard to help me purchase the right car to rebuild my credit. I will never go to any other dealership after this experience.
