GREAT Car buying was a great experience with the Super Car Guys. My kids even enjoyed it, snacks and games. We had a wonderful team. They fetched me a phone charger, helped transfer belongings from old car in freezing weather, and even held my baby (14 week old) while I signed paperwork. I don't remember all of their names but I will defiantly recommend this location to my friends. Thanks Devin Nightengale! The friendliness makes you want to hang out at the car lot all day! Not the best experience I thought super car guys was going to be a decent experience, but it just goes to show that one employee can cause a lot of damage to a business. We w I thought super car guys was going to be a decent experience, but it just goes to show that one employee can cause a lot of damage to a business. We went in and we're working with a salesman named Jesse (who was very nice and if no one else had bothered us, he may have even gotten a sale) but RIGHT away this manager (also named Jesse) was out there being very over bearing and just generally being annoying. We had to wait quite a while for a quote on a vehicle we were thinking of trading in, which was no big deal, we got free pizza and drinks and played some ping pong. And that is when it all went downhill, I was already a little irritated by how hard it was to get them to tell us the price of the truck we were looking at and then mr thinks he is a big shot manager Jesse had to tell us what they would give us for our car. Which was way lower than we had been offered by another dealership, and when we told him that, it was nothing but attitude from that point forward about how no other dealership would give us that much and then trying to talk down all these other dealerships (which to me is just them waving a big distracting flag trying to get you to not see what is wrong with their business) so when I turned to my husband and asked him if he was ready to leave (since we could not afford what they offered us) apparently that offended me. Big shot manager so he started rudely spouting off about how many cars they sell and how super awesome they were like some demented cheerleader. I feel bad for our salesman, because I wonder how many other potential customers his crazy manager has run off...never ever ever going back. **edit** Received a call from the manager about an hour after we left, he was very kind and apologetic. So at least the upper management really does seem to care whether you are happy or not, which is not really what I expected as we were leaving. More

best dealership ever. Izak wherry is the best. I had a moped license So izak found me a car in my budget. Icouldnt have it until i got legal. Izak helped me throw the whole Izak wherry is the best. He took me to the courthouse to pay my fine. He took me to the dmv. Talked to the people in topeka to help me understand what i needed to do. He brought the car to my house so i could see it before i decided on getting it. My wife was in the hospital so when she got out, he gave her a test drive in the car. We stayed in contact the whole time for my license to get done. When i finally got my license, izak had the 60day tag already printed and he just need insurance. I was only there for about 5 minutes. Thank you super car guys and izak wherry. You guys are the best. That is why i will be back More

Disappointed with post-sale service Great sales staff, and I got a great deal on the truck. However, after I had already bought it I discovered there was not a jack or tire tools in the Great sales staff, and I got a great deal on the truck. However, after I had already bought it I discovered there was not a jack or tire tools in the vehicle. I called the dealership expecting them to provide a replacement but they refused. They did say I could BUY a jack from them at their cost of $178. Their unwillingness to spend $178 to provide what should have come with the vehicle has left me with little confidence in their professionalism and integrity. I won't be buying from them again. More
