Down to earth people These guys were very genuine in how they dealt with me. Not pressuring me into anything and did great explaining every aspect of buying a car. My credit is terrible but they worked pretty hard to find me multiple options. Because I was picky about the type of vehicle I wanted I didn't actually end up buying a vehicle from them just yet, but when they say you have a friend in the car business they aren't lying. I am currently still in contact with Kyle and Brandon and they have been doing a great job keeping me informed about anything that comes up that matches my criteria. He is the reason that we ended buying a vehicle from here because he was the one who listened to us about what we really wanted in a vehicle and not try to push a vehicle on us that we said we did not want. Bob was amazing and I would buy from him again. I did not appreciate Jesse Powers, however, because he was very condescending when speaking with us. Almost as if he was only trying to make a sale and not truly providing information that was correct. He told me that only one lender would be willing to give us a loan, when I asked for the lender name, he said he didn't know. He was "just saying" and was basically trying to appease me so I would stop asking questions about the lender. If Bob Woolley wouldn't have stepped in to help us, I would not have purchased a vehicle with just Jesse's input. I truly did not care for Jesse's attitude. Angelo was good to work with. Quinton, from the service department, was ok. He did get everything fixed that was wrong with our vehicle. We bought the vehicle before it had had a chance to get cleaned up and inspected. Bob was able to get all the repairs approved and from then I dealt with Quinton. Quinton was fine to deal wiht but he definitely needs to brush up on his people skills. He seems really uptight. He actually seemed to chill a bit when he asked me to do a review on the service department and as soon as I said yes, he went back to a stand offish personality again. Honestly, our experience was really good. If we ever needed a different vehicle, we would go back but I would only want to work with Bob Woolley. More
