I was recommended to super car guys by your sister and reluctantly I decided to go looking one last time before I bought a car off Craigslist, when I got there they were incredibly nice and very welcoming with the upmost professionalism possible. My salesman mason went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and got the best deals possiable for me, accompanied by his floor manager can't remember his name but he was great to, I don't do rating or anything else like that but I was so impressed with this business i have too. If your looking to be helped and not robbed go to super car guys ! More

Excellent service I was having problems getting a car but someone told me about super car guys. The staff was really friendly and ready to take care of me. These guys made it easy to find a car that was good for me and for a very very nice price !they took their time, listened to what I had to say and have me the best options out there. Where Buying a Car Sucks (a little) Less I visited Super Car Guys recently looking to purchase a used car. I read up many reviews both on and off their website, reviewed their entire site, a I visited Super Car Guys recently looking to purchase a used car. I read up many reviews both on and off their website, reviewed their entire site, and entered in personal information for a loan before going into the East location. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted with the same false smiles as any other dealership. I knew that was the case because as soon as I mentioned that I was set on purchasing the least expensive car they had for sale, both the salesman's, Vince, and the manager's, Brandon, faces dropped. I told them the maximum I was willing to pay, and Brandon still brought out a spick and span car that was $4000 over my budget and didn't even notify me as such. I had to ask, and when told, I immediately denied and demanded he bring me the one I wanted. Since they didn't have the car on lot, Vince had to take me to Subaru where it supposedly was, and then back to Super Car Guys because it ended up not being there. When I finally got the car I wanted to test drive, it was extremely dirty, inside and out. Had it been a new inventory, I would have been understanding. However, according to the Carfax they handed me, the car had been on the lot for over a month. This leads me to believe that they prep the cars they see fit to sell and avoid the others until somebody pushily (which I was) demands to see it. Once I told Vince that I was interested in buying, he brought me the Carfax and finally Brandon swung over with financing details. He tried to convince me that due to my credit score and lack of loan history, that I could have up to an 18% interest on my loan - and he tried to sell it like it wasn't that bad. Little did he know, I had already secured a loan from an outside source with a 3% interest rate with no issues whatsoever at all. In addition, other little things rang familiar to other dealerships, like having to wait around for five hours, them reiterating, "We don't want you to do anything that you're uncomfortable with" and then acting the opposite, trying to start up distracting small talk during a business transaction, and slathering on ambiguity when they finally showed me the cost breakdown (which added up to $1000 over the price listed online), them not having the information I had posted online ready... among others I'm surely forgetting or overlooking. I've given Super Car Guys two stars because they are slightly better than other dealerships due to the less pushiness of their salespersons, but otherwise it's all the same to me. This just reinforced that buying privately is the way to go for saving time and money and dealing with less falseness. More

I am a father of 3 and have a wonderful wife that I am the soul provider for so I couldn't afford a $300-$400 car payment, I did sit around and the whole process did take about 5-6 hours, I would have never guessed I was there that long, they offered ice cold drinks, snacks and a lounge room while we waited and was completely worth every second. Hooked me up with a wonderful service plan that didn't raise my payments. I can't express how satisfied I am with everything when I got my car it was spotless, smelled and looked brand new fresh off the lot. Will defantly be returning and recommending everyone that needs help with a new car visit the amazingly helpful and friendly staff at super car guys More

I would absolutely recommend these guys to anyone who is looking and has also had bad experiences other places because although it was a long day it made it worth it over some other places that have always lead no where.
