Was extremely satisfied! I had an amazing experience! Everyone was really nice and answered all question that I had about the warranty and about the vehicle its self! They were able to get the price I needed for monthly payments, and still able to get the warranty I needed also! Fantastic People and Mason was very friendly and helpful beyond what he need to do. Mason even helped me get my seat covers off of my old vehicle, really appreciated the extra help!! More

Very helpful When I needed to get out of my Durango that had a lot of miles I went to super car guys an they did everything they could to get me a different car. I When I needed to get out of my Durango that had a lot of miles I went to super car guys an they did everything they could to get me a different car. I got a new car an absolutely love it I don't worry anymore about it breaking down on the side of the road with my 4 kids. So thank you super car guys for a great experience. More

Ehhhh .....they did the best they could with given situation We previously bought a Ford Focus a year prior. I would strongly recommend not purchasing the extended warranty. I was driving home from work Dec 5, 2 We previously bought a Ford Focus a year prior. I would strongly recommend not purchasing the extended warranty. I was driving home from work Dec 5, 2016. I had the Ford in cruise control and the car for no reason accelerated on its own. I had to shift into neuutral and put the car into the grass on the highway to keep from colliding with a big rig. I by the grace of God got the car home. I called the number to use the "extended warranty". They towed the car to Rusty Eck where we were told it had water damage and not covered. We went back to SCG to see what they could do. Same thing. Not covered. We were offered a rental while they figured this out. Which we were very grateful for. SCG confirmed there was water damage and they were not responsible. I want to be clear we have never driven this vehicle in high water---ever!! So our solution is to get a second car. We worked with Mason Davis. He was very proffessional, very empathetic and helpful. However, having said that--- it does not change our situation. I cannot in good mind say I am 100% happy because I'm not. We are now stuck with 2 car payments. 1 car has 2100 dollars in repairs and we cannot afford to put that cost in our budget. Especially at Christmas time. Although the customer service was satisfactory the situation was not. We bought the warranty to cover things like this. Not to mention the car almost caused me to crash. I am not a mean person. However, given the circumstances I feel like this review is warranted. We were not covered and responsible for damages we did not do. SCG did get us into a very nice Nissan. We are satisfied (for the most part) with the purchase. I am not thrilled with the financial stress. If anything happens to me or my husband we are financially screwed. It will inhibit us from purchasing our dream home. So as a result we are stuck with a pos car that we can't drive but still make payments on in the shop---praying that our car insurance claim will pay for it. This is stress I did not need and could have substantial financial consequences. I have to have a dependable vehicle for my job and so we went forward with the purchase of another car. The entire situation has been stressful and disheartening. Essentially sucks to be us. As far as customer service Mason was great!!!! I would strongly encourage anyone who reads this to not purchase the extended warranty, to read the fine print. I work very hard and now with the price of 2 cars, only 1 car driveable I now have to work even harder. I feel given the circumstances I am being very conservative. The customer service, and the empathy does not help our situation. Yes. They helped us into another car. Which we appreciate greatly. However, it also has created another financial responsibility at a difficult time. So customer service was great. Overall result for us? Sucks. As I stated above if anything happens to either of us it will put a substantial financial strain on our family. That is the stress we carry daily. The manager David Caranza did the best he could do. Are we 100% happy? No we are not. When we purchase another car we may or may not return. End of story we got a raw deal our extended warranty was not covered. Although they did try to make it right ---at the end of the day we are stuck with a pos car,2100 dollars in repairs,and a crappy extended warranty that was not worth the money we put into it. Very disappointed in Allstate and the entire situation. More
