When I told them I wanted a few minutes alone to speak with my mechanic and look everything over before signing papers they gladly walked away and left me alone as long as I wanted. They were able to replace both my car and my wife's, with full service plans and 2015 vehicles (a Sentra for me and a Fusion for my wife), at a payment much lower than we expected, with local credit union financing and excellent pricing. They gave us complete information throughout the whole process, with no pressure at any time and were very fair and open about pricing, cost of different products, and the process of locating the lender with the best program for us.
