This experience made buying my vehicle suck. The reason I am rating three stars would be because the sales team member who assisted us, Chris at the 13th and Rock location was very nice, and hel The reason I am rating three stars would be because the sales team member who assisted us, Chris at the 13th and Rock location was very nice, and helpful. However, I had some issues hearing back from financing after being told they could beat my rate where I normally handle things. They made it seem like things were secure in that financing and gave us the vehicle to take home and said finalizing paper work would be ready on a Monday. Drove up, from Arkcity to take care of that and it was NOT ready and no one even let me know before I made a pointless drive. I then decided I would get financing myself, and got that done within a few hours with my personal bank and then came up the following day with check in hand, and things went much smoother because I called ahead, using communication...which is something Super Car Guys lacks. Now this vehicle I purchased has issues and they want me to pay out of pocket for it, when I hadn't even had it 2 days before the problem was spotted. 60 day warranty, what does that mean to you? Sell a car with issues and then call me to tell me its so "minor" of an issue that you want ME to pay for it? A light on a vehicle that constantly stays on, first of all is not MINOR. Secondly, who wants to deal with that annoyance while its a new car just purchased? And if its so minor as they say, why not just take care of it, and eat the amount that is so MINOR to you, but sure is not minor to me! I am beyond livid at the moment with how I have been talked to and treated while dealing with financing at the beginning and now with service issues. Nothing is perfect, this I understand, so I let the first few things slide, but not now. Things are still up in the air with me car, and if things go better, I will amend my review, but as of now, this stands. More
"Committed to their customers!" I was car shopping. I looked at a few vehicles online and stopped to check out a few locally. I made a couple of phone calls and did not appreciate how I was treated over the phone. I am not a "car expert!" As it happened, I "accidentally" filled out an inquiry form online for Super Car Guys. In retrospect it was not an accident because they reached out to me. I read their philosophy on line. 1) Their salespeople are non-commission. 2) Whether you have had some hard times, been through a bankruptcy, etc., they can work with you regardless. 3) They have a 72 hour return policy. I've NEVER seen this before! If you get home with your vehicle and it is not the "chariot" of your dreams, you can return it within a certain time frame. Certain rules apply. I needed to stay in a certain payment range, and they worked it out for me. I was not pressured. I told them what I was looking for and how much I could comfortably pay each month for a vehicle. This was all done over the phone. Why? Because I live over three hours away from the Super Car Guys Dealership in Wichita. Berto Carranza was my contact dealer, and he is an outstanding person. Super Car Guys got my business because they treated me respectfully and professionally. So, I gave them my business. I would drive three hours to give good people my money rather than settle by choosing a vehicle in my area from someone who does not understand what a huge decision this is for me. The Super Car Guys are committed to putting customers first, and I saw that they strive for excellence in service to all customers. I am very pleased. Thank you Guys! More

We live way out of town. We needed a car. We didn't have a chance; or so I thought. I told them my feelings and thoughts right up front. I don't know how many people go in and say, "Look. Find me a car I can afford and I'll take it." These guys worked as a team. I never felt pressured. We were informed every step of the way. We left with a great car, and with a price we could afford. My husband and I were incredibly impressed with the treatment we received. I was talking to my son about where we got the new car. He said where buying a car doesn't have to suck? No pressure! Hardest working car lot in the state! Specifically for me, something that met the payment I had budgeted, after my trade. First visit was great and we are happy more than a year later. 2nd visit was just as good! I would recommend the staff here to anyone car shopping and I regularly do! After we bought my boyfriend's car, they called to follow up and make sure that we were happy and that the car was running good. So we returned to buy another car and worked with Alex and Sam. They laid out clear finance options with 100% transparency during the entire process. I can't stress enough how helpful and kind they were or how hard they worked to find the right fit and make the right deal. Give these guys a chance! More
