Called 3 weeks later to change bank terms They were super nice while we made the purchase. However, they called us 3 WEEKS after and said we needed to sign new papers but it was no big deal. S They were super nice while we made the purchase. However, they called us 3 WEEKS after and said we needed to sign new papers but it was no big deal. Seemed fishy to me so I asked questions and come to.find out it was going to increase our interest rate by 2 points and extended our loan 12 months! It was a big headache and buying a car there actually does suck! We have bought several vehicles over the years and never had this trouble! More

Perfect experience! From beginning to end, this was the perfect car buying experience. Brandon and Colton were very accommodating, and there was no pressure at all. They knew our concerns and went above and beyond to meet our needs. Our kids were able to stay busy in the family area, they fed us lunch, and made sure we got the best possible deal. It was a very non-stressful experience. Jesse really helped us in the end as well, making sure we got the best possible deal that would work with our budget. They damaged my car before I left the lot!!!! As a woman trying to buy a car the experience can be intimating. The salesman was great and not pushy. The manager that we had to deal with was arroga As a woman trying to buy a car the experience can be intimating. The salesman was great and not pushy. The manager that we had to deal with was arrogant. The car was damaged after I bought by the dealership. They took it through a car was and left a huge scratch down the side. The manager and salesmen were not helpful when I express to them they needed to fix it. (I mean seriously I had never taken it off the lot.) They finally agreed to it. (Should never had to haggle with them to do the right thing.) They took it to an auto body place that did a horrible repaint job. So it got sent back.... Finally I was able to drive my new after already owning it for a week. More
