We were unable to conclude a deal because I was waiting for my trade-in GM car to get out of the shop, but I worked with Lucas Schneider at Suntrup. We were unable to conclude a deal because I was waiting for my trade-in GM car to get out of the shop, but it never got out of the shop (GM parts are still unavailable going on 4 months) and the VW I wanted and was in stock at Suntrup at the time of my test drive was sold to another customer while I waited around for GM. Nevertheless, Lucas went the extra mile for me in an ultimately unsuccessful attempt to locate an identical car with my highly particular requirements. I really appreciated his knowledge of the product and his sincere effort to conclude a deal at a fair price. As for the dealership generally, I appreciate their no-nonsense but fair and reasonable internet marketing and pricing practices. More
