This must have been my lucky day because as soon as I walked into the dealership for my appointment, Sarah knew exactly who I was, had my information pulled up in the system and was ready to initiate the process. I stated where I needed to be with my trade and she was very confident that she could make the deal happen. Unlike other dealerships where the salesperson presents an obscene offer then pretends to go back and forth to the manager to get you a slightly better deal, Sarah offered me the best deal from the start without wasting my time. Needless to say, it was better than anticipated and I drove away in my new Golf R a very happy guy. It was also great catching up with Beau Schwartz, who sold me the first vehicle I purchased from Suntrup eight years ago. More
