When talking about servicing the vehicle that was bought I asked multiple times to make sure that it would be picked up and returned to my house when things needed to be done. I was told yes, and was never told about the 5 mile rule that the dealership has for pickup. Mike really pushed the extended warranty even after I told him I did not want or need it. I have since started cancelling the policy due to the pressure sales that were used. I did have the pleasure of dealing with the parts counter and cashiers office while there. Both of them were very helpful, professional, and fast. More
