Brian Fiddleman was a pleasure to work with. He is always willing to take extra time out of his workday to assist customers. I owned a 2011 Jetta and 2012 Passat and fell in love with both of them. My 2012 Passat was stolen so bought a Ford. Bad idea I could not wait to get back to a VW. The German driving expierence is real and you will never know what that means until you buy a VW. I used to think people were snobs that said that but it is real. We came to terms within a very short time, and then Sean followed up by sourcing our vehicle and attending to all of the important details, after which he spent about an hour educating us regarding unfamiliar features.
