I've been a loyal Suntrup customer for years, and I'm no easy sale. Although it looks small and could use some architectural upgrade, the sales and service is wonderful. I retired from a car dealer after 37 years as a bookkeeper and I know how dealer work. I stopped by Suntrup VW to look at buying a new car, something befitting a man of 72. Drove a car an liked it but my eyes kept looking at this convertible. Brian showed me a white convertible, put the top down and I was off for a test drive. Needless to say but I had found just what I wanted. Now came, what I would call, the hard part. At a lot of dealers the salesman has to keep running to the Sales manager and they keep working the customer. This did not happen at Suntrup. Brian and I came up with a price that we both felt was fair and he went to his manager. He came back and said I had bought a cor. I then decided I wanted different wheels and we worked out that cost. I now have a "Bug" convertible that my wife and I really love. Brian, Russ and the people at Suntrup VW in South County made the purchase a real pleasure. They took me out to meet the service writer and I am due for my free service check in a few weeks. I really recommend Brian. He is a great salesman and very willing to please the customer. NJC More
