I went into Suntrup Volkswagen to have an oil change done on my 2010 Jetta TDI. I decided to walk over to the new car sales area of the dealership to take a look at the new 2013 Jetta TDI. I was immediately on my 2010 Jetta TDI. I decided to walk over to the new car sales area of the dealership to take a look at the new 2013 Jetta TDI. I was immediately approached by Joe. He was very friendly and easy to talk to. He took me outside to see some of the vehicles they has on the lot. My husband and I were able to take one on a test drive. Joe made the whole experience very easy. They worked on the numbers and we were given a price we couldn't refuse. They gave us a fair amount on the trade and even dropped the price on the new car to make it work for us. This is the second vehicle we have purchased from Suntrup VW and I would recommend this dealership and Joe to anyone. The entire staff from sales to finance to service is wonderful. More
