I've been a loyal Suntrup customer for years, and I'm no easy sale. Although it looks small and could use some architectural upgrade, the sales and service is wonderful. I retired from a car dealer after 37 years as a bookkeeper and I know how dealer work. I stopped by Suntrup VW to look at buying a new car, something befitting a man of 72. Drove a car an liked it but my eyes kept looking at this convertible. Brian showed me a white convertible, put the top down and I was off for a test drive. Needless to say but I had found just what I wanted. Now came, what I would call, the hard part. At a lot of dealers the salesman has to keep running to the Sales manager and they keep working the customer. This did not happen at Suntrup. Brian and I came up with a price that we both felt was fair and he went to his manager. He came back and said I had bought a cor. I then decided I wanted different wheels and we worked out that cost. I now have a "Bug" convertible that my wife and I really love. Brian, Russ and the people at Suntrup VW in South County made the purchase a real pleasure. They took me out to meet the service writer and I am due for my free service check in a few weeks. I really recommend Brian. He is a great salesman and very willing to please the customer. NJC More

Like most buyers probably say "we were just looking." We had three older, paid-off vehicles ranging from 8-16 years old and decided it was time to get something newer and more reliable. It took a while to convince ourselves to leave the world of "no car payments," needless to say we had some very specific goals as far as financing. Nick worked with us to find the right car for us but more importantly he rallied his team to meet our financing goals and help ease the pain of having a car payment again. It's only been a few days but the follow-up has been great. Nick has offered to personally pick up the title for our trade-in and also to pick up the new car to have it detailed in order to save us additional trips to the dealership. It's been several years since I bought a new car but Nick and his team worked hard to make me feel comfortable and make the experience a great one. I'd recommend him and Suntrup without hesitation.
