I purchased a Multi-Shield complete care protection plan that required me to get all work approved prior to work being completed. I was sceptical, but when I was called to pickup my car they said just give us back the loaner and take yours. Just had to sign the paperwork. One of the best encounters I have had at a dealership, no run-around. Thanks VW and Suntrup, that is why I am a repeat customer. More

I was contemplating purchasing a small SUV but didn't really know what I wanted. So the sales staff at Suntrup went above and beyond, showing me every type of vehicle under the sun that I wanted to look really know what I wanted. I came in for a test drive and Sean was very familiar with the vehicle and provided excellent customer service. When it came time to negotiate a price I felt that I got a great deal and a really good offer on my trade in (more than I was expecting to be honest). After the deal was done Travis handled that paperwork and after a few signatures I was out of there in no time.
