This was the first non-Ford vehicle I have ever purchased, and Suntrup made it easy. Great buying experience. We had spoken on the phone a number of times about the Passat TDi I was interested in, so he outlined the choices we had available (colors, options, etc) and we took a drive. Making the deal was as simple as could be and I was satisfied with the price I paid and the value assigned to my trade in. I'm sure I could have beat them up a bit for a few more dollars, but I wasn't really interested since they made the buying experience so easy. The finance manager (travis Goode) was easy to work with as well and handily beat the rate my bank and credit unions had quoted. Unless this VW lets me down, I'll be back to Suntrup for my next vehicle. More
