I went in Saturday morning 3/16/13 to look at new VW CC and the salesperson I ended up working with was Brian Fiddleman He was outstanding. He made the buying experience amazing. I have owned almost 50 cars in my lifetime and have bought many new. The most recent after 6 months of ownership, I traded it (20113 Ford Escape) in for a VW CC. I owned a 2011 Jetta and 2012 Passat and fell in love with both of them. My 2012 Passat was stolen so bought a Ford. Bad idea I could not wait to get back to a VW. The German driving expierence is real and you will never know what that means until you buy a VW. I used to think people were snobs that said that but it is real. I ended up meeting with Brett the sales manager and he too was so helpful. I ended up buying 2 new CC's that morning. One for my daughter. I am a lifetime customer of this dealer ship and Brian Fiddelman. More

I was visiting the dealership for a normal service check, when Brian saw me in the waiting room and stopped to chat. Like most people, we approached the purchase of a new car with some apprehension. Happily, the atmosphere at Suntrup Volkswagen was professional, yet casual and non-threatening--the staff are approachable, k with some apprehension. Happily, the atmosphere at Suntrup Volkswagen was professional, yet casual and non-threatening--the staff are approachable, knowledgeable, friendly, and reasonable. Having identified the vehicle we wanted, and armed with plenty of product information, we set about the task of negotiating, and we were pleasantly surprised with Suntrup's performance there. We came to terms within a very short time, and then Sean followed up by sourcing our vehicle and attending to all of the important details, after which he spent about an hour educating us regarding unfamiliar features. We left with the perfect car and a sense of satisfaction. Since that day, Sean has contacted a more than once to make sure all was well. Thank you! More

I think Sean is the best employee ever! He took time to show me the features of the car I was looking at. He also had me drive other vehicles to be sure of my choice!
