He recognized us the second we walked in and recalled our names and remembered many things about us. It was like we were catching up with an old friend! We purchased our VW Passat in April 2014. We could not be happier with the excellent service we received both times, and the quality of our vehicles. Adam was able to get us the price we were willing to pay both times. On our first visit he stayed very late into the evening to ensure that our financing went through. The financing manager even came back to the dealer, skipping a family get-together, to help us get the financing we needed! I am so impressed with the excellent service and the friendliness of the sales department that Adam will be the first person I think of when we are in need of a new or used car, and the first person I recommend to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. I was needing a car asap as mine had just died for the last time...so I picked a few dealerships to visit, hoping to find a used vehicle to "get me by I was needing a car asap as mine had just died for the last time...so I picked a few dealerships to visit, hoping to find a used vehicle to "get me by" until my daughter was out of college in another year. By chance I made Suntrup VW my first stop and Adela had already spoken to me via phone a few times and had some other options in place before I got there. I expected to be bombarded with used cars that would fit in my budget...what I didn't expect was to walk away with a brand new lease for the same or less money!
