When I started my day I had several makes and models of vehicle I was interested in. I went to Suntrup just to see what was inventory and possibly test drive a Beetle. I told her what I was thinking about purchasing. Adela knew she had the car for me, and she was right. I purchased my VW Beetle convertible that day. This is the first brand new car I’ve bought in over 20 years. Adela is a real gem. She is friendly, fun and very knowledgeable. Most of all I felt very relaxed, not at all pressured. Actually, the entire staff was very polite and friendly. If all dealerships could have sales reps like Adela people wouldn’t be so apprehensive. Overall this was a very positive experience. Now, If I can get Adela to work her magic to make the weather cooperate and can drive my new car the way it was meant to be driven (with the top down). More

After an unsatisfying visit with a VW dealer near my home, my husband contacted Suntrup to see if they could locate the model of Passat, in the color we wanted, for a price other than MSRP. (The other home, my husband contacted Suntrup to see if they could locate the model of Passat, in the color we wanted, for a price other than MSRP. (The other dealer wouldn't come off MSRP.) We knew of Suntrup from seeing several VW's in the area with the Suntrup markings. And with a new baby on the way, we wanted to upgrade one of our Jettas to a Passat. Adela was extremely helpful, searched other dealers' inventory, and found what we were looking for, at a price we were willing to work with, an experience completely opposite from our local dealer. After communicating with the other dealer for two days straight, the other dealer was unwilling to search other dealers' inventory for what we were looking for. They (the other dealer) wanted us to choose one of the color options they had available on their lot, none of which we wanted, and on top of it all, they wouldn't negotiate on the price to make their in stock vehicles more attractive. Unlike a lot of customers, we look at the total price of the car, not just what our payments will be. We spoke to Adela for the first time on a Friday night. Even though our desired car was not in stock, she indicated that she was able to locate 3 cars that met our criteria. We drove in the next day, and left with our paperwork done and our vehicle on its way. We didn't even have to go home in our trade-in; they had one we could use until our car became available. After trade-in considered, our drive 100 miles each way to Suntrup saved us a few thousand. This is our 3rd VW TDI, first new one, and should we ever need a new replacement (it won't be for awhile, TDI's are so reliable), we would definitely make the trip back to deal with Suntrup and Adela. The service is above and beyond what we could receive locally. We prefer dealing with a volume dealer like Suntrup, not one that is solely profit driven. More

We came in on a Saturday later in the afternoon looking for a used car. We didn't have a brand in mind, but were looking more for low mileage and a decent price. Steve came up with several options to view based on our needs and was also nice enough to look up some options we had found online, even though they were at different Suntrup dealerships. He was very helpful with our questions, very honest about what they could do for us - from what I understand he is relatively new to car sales, but my husband and I thought that he was very easy to work with and very knowledgeable. We were worried about buying a used car, neither of us ever had, but we trusted Steve right away and bought a car from him the same day. We feel like if there are any problems or issues, we have someone to go to who will do their best to make it right for us. We would definitely recommend Steve and Suntrup if you are looking for a used car. More
