We went to the dealership to look at the VW Passat Diesel, but went to the used car lot first. That is where we met Steve. He started hopping quickly to get some cars out that would closely match wh Diesel, but went to the used car lot first. That is where we met Steve. He showed us a VW Passat that was a one car owner and had low mileage on it. Even though it wasn't the color we wanted nor was it a diesel, it was a deal that we just couldn't pass up. We ended up with a 2013 VW Passat; 4 cylinder and loaded. It even has the fender sound system and dual control temperature settings. I can't say enough about Steve. He was very friendly, helpful and easy to work with. He never put us under pressure. I wish all car salesman were like Steve!! More

To start of with, customer survice was very caring and they didnt pressure us into buying a car. They had great communication with us. Words can't explain how freindly they were! Lets say if a car was $30,000 but you couldn't offer that much, they would meet you somewhere in the middle where your budget was. They would try to help you out as much as they can! The employee was Adela Alispahic. She was so caring and very helpful. She made my visit pleasant.I highly recommend her for anyone shopping for a vechile. She will help you out as much as she can.
