Don Hendel review I met Adela on my first visit to Suntrup on Monday, June 2nd, I was reasonably confident that I wanted to purchase a Volkswagen Passat TDI SEL Premiu I met Adela on my first visit to Suntrup on Monday, June 2nd, I was reasonably confident that I wanted to purchase a Volkswagen Passat TDI SEL Premium before I had even gone to test drive a Passat. Adela was introduced to me and she greeted me very cordially, warmly and professionally. After chatting briefly Adela got a vehicle ready for me to test drive. She was very knowledgeable of the VW Passat model, and described all of it's features while I test drove it. Although I did not commit to buying one that first visit I arranged to come back on Wednesday evening and after looking at the Passat again I was able to negotiate a firm price for brand new Passat TDI SEL Premium. Two days later I came in and signed the papers and completed the transaction. I would highly recommend Adela to all of my friends and family that were interested in a new or used Volkswagen. Adela was a pleasure to conduct business with. Working with Adela as my sales person at Suntrup VW was hassle free and she made me feel like making me satisfied was her # 1 priority. He recognized us the second we walked in and recalled our names and remembered many things about us. It was like we were catching up with an old friend! We purchased our VW Passat in April 2014. We could not be happier with the excellent service we received both times, and the quality of our vehicles. Adam was able to get us the price we were willing to pay both times. On our first visit he stayed very late into the evening to ensure that our financing went through. The financing manager even came back to the dealer, skipping a family get-together, to help us get the financing we needed! I am so impressed with the excellent service and the friendliness of the sales department that Adam will be the first person I think of when we are in need of a new or used car, and the first person I recommend to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.
