Shawn was extremely friendly from the very beginning. He was extremely patient with me with all of the questions I had. He was very reassuring and knowledgeable of the car. He seemed very comfortable and upfront with me about everything. That was just the beginning! From the test drive to the paperwork and F&I the entire process was a breeze. Awesome! I had been in contact with Shawn by email since mid-June to find out about the kind of vehicle I wanted to buy. I also wanted to find out about having a sunroof put in. I was gone on vacation for two weeks and decided to pick up some friends at the airport. I was early, so I decided to stop at Suntrup to see what they had. Shawn was out with someone when I asked for him and Adam came over to help me. I told him what I was looking for and he goes through the colors on the lot. When he said gray, I knew that was what I wanted. I went for a test drive and fell in love with the car. Adam could tell it was sold by my reaction. Went back, took care of paperwork, left the car so a sunroof could be installed, and picked it up Friday evening with my entourage. My husband was happy with my purchase. Both Shawn and Adam were very good to work with. Recent recalls had no impact on my decision because I decided on this vehicle two years ago at the auto show and after doing research on it. More

Great Dealer This was the first time I bought a car on-line. I was sort of stress out at first but once I got there I became stress free.
