Joe was very easy going and not your "typical" salesman. I have to say im old school and hate to deal with pushy salesmen. thankfully Joe was not. in fact super laid back and gave us the info we were looking for.. we actually have NOT purchased a vehicle yet. we had a baby 3 weeks early so car buying was put on the back burner but we will be going to purchase one soon and its going to be from Joe! Buying a 2014 Passat se from Kevin Moses I found Suntrup VW on line, and seen they have multiple vehicles on there lot, and I called them and found out they were very interested in my trade. I arrived at dealership and all employees were very friendly, Kevin showed us multiple vehicles, when we picked the one we wanted, he put no pressure on us during negotiations, and was happy to allow us to take all the time we wanted to in order for us to make right decision for us. We purchased car and he stayed past dealership close time and once again he never rushed us. He has called several times to make sure we were enjoying the car. I purchased a Passat diesel manual, and it has been getting between 40-45, and that combination of city and hwy., makes me very happy. More

This was my first "new car" purchase and it was a breeze - from the price agreement to the financing. I really don't think I could've found a better value anywhere. It did take a while to get my car, but given the circumstances (it was in Columbia, end of the month, etc...) the delay was understandable. The day that I came in to pick up the car seemed a little less catered and rushed, but I was still greeted by friendly faces. I felt like since the sale was done, all I needed to do was pick up the car - instead of feeling like a customer whose business still needed to be earned. To be fair, Sean was busy unloading the truck. Overall-great experience and I will definitely consider Suntrup for purchases in the future. More
