He went above and beyond his duty to calmly explain various factors to me in detail such as financing, service appointments, etc. He shows a vast knowledge of the cars, provides in depth detail when needed, and most importantly, he was not overly anxious to sell me a car and get me out the door. He recognized my needs and acknowledged them, which was very much appreciated. I plan on purchasing a new car in the next 3-6 months, and will definitely be going to Suntrup VW to make this purchase from Joseph D. More
