Suntrup came recommended from a friend that's purchased I bought a 2015 Jetta TDI in July. This was my experience with VW and so far I'm really happy. Suntrup came recommended from a friend that's purchased two cars from them so far and been very happy. I called and talked to Sean and explained what I was looking for. He had the same car on the lot, just a different color, so I went in the next day for a test drive. He was wasn't high pressure but he took me seriously and was getting things lined up quickly. I had called three other area dealers and was getting irritated that they wouldn't call back or couldn't give me the time for a test drive. Sean had the car ready to go as soon as I got there and he had a great route lined up for the test drive. It was a nice mix of city, backroad, and highway driving I was looking for to get a feel for the car. He found the car I wanted at another dealer and we came to the right numbers pretty quickly. I was impressed with the VW knowledge, the warranty, service, and low pressure at Suntrup. I shopped around for several months prior and felt like this was a solid car for the money. I was happy to get the recommendation to Suntrup and have already passed the word on. More
