Went the extra mile I'll start with saying that I was a very picky customer and only wanted a very specific GTI. I ended up talking with Adam in March, and ordered my car I'll start with saying that I was a very picky customer and only wanted a very specific GTI. I ended up talking with Adam in March, and ordered my car in August. He was very helpful and didn't forget that I was looking for a certain vehicle. When the time came to order my gti, he went looking for my vehicle and the dealer ended up trading a very coveted car for my unicorn. Not only did they do this for me, but they honored my discounts and got me everything I wanted. I don't like dealing with dealerships, but I have to say that this experience was better than expected. Other dealers didn't make me feel like they wanted my business... But Adam and Suntrup really went the extra mile to make me feel special. Adam was very professional throughout the 6 months I was waiting for 2016 models to hit the lots, and it was a pleasure dealing with him. Thanks again! More

Second; the Finance Rep..I was on the phone with another finance company negotiating the interest rate. The Finance Rep said it's only pennies. Hmmm I saved $1800 dollars by negotiating the interest rate. Guess I have a different idea of Pennies! Didn't think the dealership was anything special. More
