Needs Work I've purchased three new vehicles in the last nine months. The experience at this dealership so far is the worst. Where is my paperwork? They have my trade in, its title, and a Bank of America cashiers check that paid for the car in full. I don't like driving around in an unregistered vehicle. Also, the car was delivered without a front license plate bracket. Parts was to order this. I want this as well so that I can install it if the first zealous cop gives me grief. If I were to compare this experience to that of purchasing my Mini convertible back in April and a BMW in June, I would tell Suntrup that this dealership needs serious customer service improvement. None of these cars were financed and paid for in a similar manner. I had paperwork on these vehicles in 5 calendar days. I love the vehicle, but the sales a delivery experience leave a lot to be desired. More

We talked to adam and he was not pushy at all. I test drove the passat (which i ended up getting in the end) and decided i wanted to go look at my other options. So thats what i did and after test driving about 4 other cars from different dealers i couldnt help but like the passat even more. So of course i went back to suntrup and dealt with adam again. He was not surprised to see me back. So in the end i got the passat and i couldnt be happier. I would recommend everyone to go here for great customer service.
