Got ripped off Salesperson told us the car we were buying had a NAV system. It had a big fancy radio with a big screen on it, looked like it had nav capability. We trusted the lady, Kyra, when she assured us that the car had NAV. We needed NAV because the car was for our young daughter who was present during the sale. Kyra acted like one of the family as she deceived us into buying the car she wanted to sell us, and not the car we wanted to buy. I had to really argue with her during the deal making phase. They started 1k above market price for the car (if it actually had nav). I talked them down to earth. Then in finance, they tried to charge me high interest rate when I have impeccable credit. I will not be going there again and would not recommend anyone buy a car from them. There were other promises made and not delivered in the deal. Left VM for Kyra and Manager but they aren't returning my calls. It's a real sleezy place, All the stigma and stereotype you've heard about sleeze ball used car dealerships, you'll find it at Suntrup used VW. UPFATE: 7/5 - So after all that happened, they took the car back that didn't have NAV. Since they cashed my deposit check, they had me over a barrel. I found the car I wanted at another dealer and had it sent there, they certified it, and I bought it. So in the end I got the car I wanted, but really had to go a strange route to get it. I noticed they marked the sale for 6/30 (eom quota?) yet we signed on 7/5. More
