Excellent Customer Service I brought my 2015 in for 20,000 mile service and Scott Kostecki assisted me. He noticed I should be on my third service, not my second and asked was I brought my 2015 in for 20,000 mile service and Scott Kostecki assisted me. He noticed I should be on my third service, not my second and asked was everything OK. I was puzzled and stated I thought service was only when you hit the 10,000 mile point and I do not drive much so it takes me a while. He stated sir it is 10,000 mile or one year and your car has ran behind so we will need to get caught up and let me show you when your warrenty ends so you do not miss the final one. I truely enjoy my car but I know little about the car, so I was truely grateful he clued me in on my error, if he had said nothing I would of driven it right through the finally warrenity unused. I am very grateful. More

Stuck with the deal until we made it work for me Adam communicated via text with me until I was able to get to the dealership later in the day. He not only pulled a car from another location but eve Adam communicated via text with me until I was able to get to the dealership later in the day. He not only pulled a car from another location but even managed to get the color I specified so it was ready to drive when I got there. He got down to the bottom of exactly what I was looking for and then alleviated any concerns I had. He was able to roll the sales tax into the loan as well as give me top dollar for my trade-in. I walked with a great car for a great price with nothing down! I never once felt sales pressure that other reps try to push on you! A+ transaction and I will be sending others his way. More

Bait and switch I wanted a top of the line atlas. Called this dealership to get a quote. Blaze explained they needed to see my vehicle to quote a price. Went in, spen I wanted a top of the line atlas. Called this dealership to get a quote. Blaze explained they needed to see my vehicle to quote a price. Went in, spent >1 hour there to negotiate price. A few weeks later, vehicle comes in. They checked our credit, final paperwork comes in (45 min.?) and it isn't the agreed price by ~$5k. Blaze claims to not recall what we agreed to so he's either the worst sales guy ever or incompetent. Either way, after more negotiating we were still $2k away from the original deal. Taking my business elsewhere. Not sure if it will still be a vw as this is the closest dealer to my house (for service), I'm now reconsidering the pilot vs a longer drive to a better dealership such as dean team. More
