Horrible Customer Service Purchased a new 2017 VW Golf and paid cash. I still have not received a title application or paperwork for sales tax after 28 days. My wife and I have called the dealership several time and have never been able to reach anyone nor have calls been returned whenever a message was left. I know I was in trouble when I pulled up to the dealership and not a single salesperson got up from their desk or stopped texting on their cellphones. Horrible service from the start. Additionally, the car had to go back to the dealership for a error that car kept giving. Took forever to get this resolved (Out of the first 2 weeks, the car sat in front of my house for 2 days). Buyer beware. More

I started shopping online and wouldn't talk to anyone, I would only email with them. I sent a note to inquire on a particular vehicle at Suntrup, Madeline sent me a video back via email to introduce herself - her friendliness and enthusiam was refreshing. We emailed for a couple days and I made an appointment to see the car once we agreed to a price. Upon meeting her in person, I was pleasantly surprised that everything she said via email was true, there were no switches, no upcharges, no terrible things. She was what every car sales person should be - HONEST! I was very pleased with the price of the vehicle, I purchased a Jetta 1.4T S three months ago. Needs Work I've purchased three new vehicles in the last nine months. The experience at this dealership so far is the worst. Where is my paperwork? They have my trade in, its title, and a Bank of America cashiers check that paid for the car in full. I don't like driving around in an unregistered vehicle. Also, the car was delivered without a front license plate bracket. Parts was to order this. I want this as well so that I can install it if the first zealous cop gives me grief. If I were to compare this experience to that of purchasing my Mini convertible back in April and a BMW in June, I would tell Suntrup that this dealership needs serious customer service improvement. None of these cars were financed and paid for in a similar manner. I had paperwork on these vehicles in 5 calendar days. I love the vehicle, but the sales a delivery experience leave a lot to be desired. More
