I asked for more information on a model (w/ manual and DSG auto) and I received a call right away from the Manager, Beau, and the dealership set up an appointment for test drive. Unfortunately, the model with manual tranny wasn't available at the dealership, but had a similar model that I could test. I ended up buying the DSG auto after driving both back to back. Blaze ensured I had plenty of time to test both vehicles. He appeared to know more details about the car compared to other dealerships I had previously visited. The vehicle with the color I wanted wasn't ready on the first visit (Saturday), but was ready by Monday. That was ok since I had to bring my spouse with me anyway. Finances were a bit tricky and didn't receive the best APR on financing since we qualified for college grad cash back ($500) that required VW financing a fairly high percentage rate. I wish I knew this before we started, but not sure if I would have made a different choice. Sean was helpful in explaining the different financing/rate variations. It took just about 10 days to receive the documents I needed for the vehicle registration. I'm a resident of another state and the over-the-mail registration likely will take a few weeks, but Blaze offered to help with a dealer tag if necessary, so I'm confident there won't be any issues. Overall, I'm very happy with the purchase and would recommend the dealership to coworkers. Thanks, Blaze, and staff at Suntrup VW! More

I was puzzled and stated I thought service was only when you hit the 10,000 mile point and I do not drive much so it takes me a while. He stated sir it is 10,000 mile or one year and your car has ran behind so we will need to get caught up and let me show you when your warrenty ends so you do not miss the final one. I truely enjoy my car but I know little about the car, so I was truely grateful he clued me in on my error, if he had said nothing I would of driven it right through the finally warrenity unused. I am very grateful. More

He got down to the bottom of exactly what I was looking for and then alleviated any concerns I had. He was able to roll the sales tax into the loan as well as give me top dollar for my trade-in. I walked with a great car for a great price with nothing down! I never once felt sales pressure that other reps try to push on you! A+ transaction and I will be sending others his way. More
