Despite not having a large inventory at VW Suntrup, I checked out and test drove 3 different Atlas vehicles and ultimately purchased a Silver SEL that Suntrup was able to obtain from an Iowa location. Very Knowledgeable and Helpful I came to the dealership on a Saturday, with my two children. I was just looking to see what was available on the pre-owned lot. Stacey greeted us wit I came to the dealership on a Saturday, with my two children. I was just looking to see what was available on the pre-owned lot. Stacey greeted us with a warm, welcoming smile. She listened carefully to my interests, and made me feel at ease. She showed us a car that she thought we'd like. She was absolutely right. She explained all of the options and features, I'd never owned a VW Jetta, then handed me the key for a test drive. My kids and I LOVED the car!!! I returned on Monday to finalize the sale.She also called a while after the sale, to ask if I had any questions or problems. Stacey's customer service skills are incredible!!! I will be back to Suntrup when I'm ready for a new car. More

Service I wouldn't recommend their service department as the couldn't fix the problem on our car a few times and we were charge took it to another dealer and I wouldn't recommend their service department as the couldn't fix the problem on our car a few times and we were charge took it to another dealer and they were able to fix it. The dealer is unwilling to even apologize or own up to their mistake let alone refund us some of the money we spent there. More
