Easily my best experience so far has been with Suntrup, I have bought quite a few cars in my life, and have been to hundreds of dealerships doing so. Easily my best experience so far has been with Suntrup, and especially with Yorama Wilcox. I had been searching for a specific car for months. I wanted the exact model, year and transmission and finally found two of them - one at Suntrup and one at a dealership in Ohio. Being that I live in Tennessee, either one would have been a long drive. From the moment I got on the phone with Wilcox and Kyle Ketcherside, I had a good feeling about working with Suntrup and they did their best to win my business. They provided me with everything I asked for including the warranty I demanded and at the price I wanted. Wilcox even picked me up from the car rental agency after I drove in. The car was EVERYTHING they promised and more! I left a very happy and satisfied customer. My review should end there, but unfortunately I hurt my back a few months ago and could no longer drive my beloved car anymore (too low to the ground and painful for me to get in and out). I decided to trade it in for a truck, and after I traded it, Wilcox and especially Kyle worked very diligently to ensure that I received my warranty refunds even though I am an out if state customer and going the extra mile to get me the refunds brings no profit to their business. If you are looking for honesty, diligence, hard-working and friendly people to sell you a car, look no further than Suntrup. She was interested in the what I needed in a vehicle and shared multiple options as to what may be the best fit. When we ultimately landed on the right vehicle (Tiquan RLine), she was well versed in both the features and options associated with this vehicle/package. Never once did I feel the often felt pressure associated with purchasing a new vehicle, but instead had more of a discussion of what I wanted to spend and what were my options. My experience working with with both the sales team and finance department exceeded my expectations. I plan to go back to Suntrup for my next car and look forward to working with Sarah again.
