Excellent experience for an unanticipated purchase! I totaled my car in an ice storm, and prior to that had not anticipated a vehicle purchase for another several years. When I was suddenly tasked with the need for a vehicle, a coworker recommended this dealership stating she had an excellent experience. Out of necessity, I showed up in the snow to look at vehicles and Miles immediately met me outside with a snow scraper. He was very friendly and respected that I wanted to peruse solo. I spent the next week visiting other dealerships around the entire St. Louis area and was not impressed, so I returned to Miles. This time, it was raining, and Miles immediately met me outside with a smile and an umbrella. I knew exactly which vehicle I liked and he expediently set up a test drive (with the seat heaters already activated). When I decided to purchase the vehicle, I was quickly set up with Armin in finance. Armin worked hard to make sure I got the best rate for my loan and talked to me in detail about financing in a way I could easily understand. As a first-time car-buyer and a young adult with young credit, I deeply appreciated this. Armin was very laid-back and easy to talk to, and made the process as quick and painless as possible. Oh, and I forgot to mention the free coffee and hot chocolate! I can’t say enough about this dealership. I would recommend them to anyone and would absolutely do business with them again. More
