pulled a fast one on me had to hook up my truck to see why my check engine light was on. they said because i had an after market locking gas cap , and the warranty wouldn't c had to hook up my truck to see why my check engine light was on. they said because i had an after market locking gas cap , and the warranty wouldn't cover the diagnostic they had to perform to find out what was wrong,then they told me i couldn't get my truck unless i paid them for the cost of the diagnostic ,they refused to send me a bill for$89.00,thank God i had some cash on me or I wouldn't got my truck and i wouldn't be able to go to work. That was really underhanded and I believe against the law what they did to me . I just wonder how many other people they did this to. !!!!! $89.00 dollars- that's the real Nissan that people don't see. this is the new American way, just like our Government. pretty sad if you think abut it. maybe they should not run all the ad saying how the are customer friendly , and use the money to make it a reality , and stop ripping off Americans. More

Another mechanic had told me that I had a leak somewhere in the fuel system and it would likely cost $500 to find it. I always go to Dave when I come to the service center. He seems like he likes his job and is always friendly and helpful and always tries to get me the best deal. More

I had three requirements for buying a new car and was told all of them would be met by my new Murano. One of these things most important to me was bluetooth connectivity and it was not functioning properly. According to the internet, it seemed to be a pervasive problem with an easy fix, just replace the radio.. Rather than listening to what we tried to tell them what was wrong, they argued and tried to blame first my phone company and then "are you sure you aren't just pushing the wrong buttons Sweety" It took three weeks and them having my car in the shop for four full days for them to come back and say "well, we talked to our regional offices and they said you need a new radio. It will be here in two weeks" Today I called for an oil change appointment and was told "Well, I have an appointment in three weeks or you can just show up, but the wait is usually about 4 hours on a good day." The refusal to listen to car owners, the condescending attitude of those working in the service bays, and the unprofessional demeanor of those working the phones means we likely won't be back. I'll be going to Bommarito or Fusz for future service. More

Oil Change Challenge Suntrup is very convenient to where I now live but I have heard and read many unflattering reviews about Suntrup. Consequently, I have tried to avoi Suntrup is very convenient to where I now live but I have heard and read many unflattering reviews about Suntrup. Consequently, I have tried to avoid purchasing service there because of that reputation. However, I didn't want to take my Nissan 350Z all the way back to it's point of sale in St. Charles each time for service. So, I took it to Suntrup this evening for an oil change and I was definitely not an easy customer as I do not trust dealerships. I was open about my concerns but everyone I encountered was gracious. Once the car was ready, I asked them to prove that they actually changed the filter and didn't just drain and replace the oil. I was expecting push back at my challenge. None. Zero. They very graciously put my car back on the rack, lifted it, opened the lower engine cover, and showed me the new filter as well as the old one. OK, Suntrup, you've got me. Thanks. More
We bought a brand new Maxima last year. I love the car. Getting service at Suntrup is a whole different animal. Their wait for service is extremely long and not convenient. They have a so called express oil change that my wait has never been shorter than 2hrs. I am not sure what the express oil change is supposed to mean but I don't have 2 hours of my day to sit and wait for a car. I have discussed with Mason and Elliot this issue and it has yet to be resolved. More
