Scott my service advisor is great. I felt as if I was his only customer. My needs were of number one importance. Nick in your Service Dept...Extremely Disappointed Upon needing our car repaired Nick instructs us to call the manufacturer to verify we have a warranty. I have never been asked to do that of course not being in the auto repair warranty service dept.,that would be Nicks job. Of course that was 6 days later he answered. Once we finally get to speak to him; he then misleads us to "of course bring your car in since you still have a warranty" He then proceeds to call and tell us the problem is not covered. ...oops you are over on your mileage...Nick never asked how many miles we had..why because Had Nick done his job correctly he would have known that but he instead wants us to do half his job so he can come back to charge $800.00 to repair. Basically to take advantage of; everyone knows what desparity it is not having a vehicle causes! Last but not least with a horrible disposition representing the Suntrup Family he says..." i don't know if your car is put back together or not its somewhere way in the back" as he throws the keys. Nick may rake the Dealership along with other people needing their vehicle repaired like myself just to line his pockets with extra wages yet all his actions and deceit do is guarantee we will never be back along with spreading the word so others will never be treated this way. Shameful actions by one person go a long way! ! More
Worst customer service experience When my vehicle started having problems I called the service department and was transferred to voicemail, which was understandable it was 6PM. I did not hear back for 6 business days, so I called them back and was told I need to call my warranty and ask them if what (I thought) was wrong is covered. After speaking with them, which they told me the dealership needs to call before they touch the vehicle. I called Nick back, even though he was rude on the prior call. I scheduled an appointment, when Nick called to tell me that my vehicle was not covered at 11:30AM because my mileage was over, I asked why was I not told to ask about my mileage, I would have not brought it in the service shop if I knew it was not covered. When I got there at 2:45PM my paperwork was still not filled out, he told me there was a fee for looking at my vehicle, which was never stated on the phone as well as I had to walk all the way to the back of the parking lot to get my vehicle and find it. I asked to speak with a Manager and he never went and got one and said that I need to take responsibility because I should know how a dealership works, he does this all the time. He then gave me my key and said I wont charge you, my car is somewhere in the lot. Their service was great when Armann was there and has not been the same since. I will let everyone know how poorly I was treated and to take their business elsewhere. More

I have been very happy with all of my purchases from Nissan. Because of Stephan and his great customer service I will always come to him for purchases. He is a wonderful asset to your company. More

They are extremely knowledgeable on the vehicles they sell, but mainly they don't forget you once you purchase your car. Their service is exceptional, I also like the late hours of service they are open until 9pm which is wonderful for a working person like myself. Very friendly staff not just the sales people but everyone. What I couldn't believe is Stephen Mason who is a sales person helped us with service (we walked in off the street no appointment) My daughter was in a bind going out of town and the appts were booking 2 weeks out. He was amazing he got her car in to be repaired. What amazed me is he didnt know us or sell us a car but still went above and beyond when asked! This is the sales person and dealership you want to deal with. We are so pleased. More

They actually care about their customers safety! I took my Murano into Suntrup Nissan on Monday night. I'd been having some irregularities with the shifting of gears. I didn't have an appointment, but I asked Cindy if she would make a note in my record about the issue I was experiencing and that I had an 18 hour drive coming up next weekend and the problem. Whoa! Cindy called Brad immediately and asked him if he could put the scanner on my SUV to check it right then! BRAD SAID YES! He asked me what was I experiencing, I told him and the next thing I knew he was keeping my car to ensure it was safe to drive. It was close to closing time and Cindy and Brad only showed sincere concern and care for me as a customer. I purchased an extended warranty when I bought this car from Amanda at Suntrup. Thank goodness because it covered my rental that they put me in that night to get home and it's covering a very expensive repair to my vehicle. And I'm sorry that I can't remember the man who' helped get my warranty to quickly cover the repair, but he's to be commended too! Every experience I have had with Suntrup Nissan has been excellent from sales to service. I could not be more grateful and as I drive to New Orleans next weekend with my mother and daughter in my Murano, I'll be thinking about the guys and gals at Suntrup Nissan and that I have a safe drive because of them! More

I must say that I have never experienced poor service at your facility. I have always been treated professionally. My service tech has always greeted me upon completion of my service, escorted me to the clerk for paying, and explained my service in detail. I could never ask for better. More
