A big shout out to my service rep Dave, for going the extra mile for me. After apologizing for not calling me to tell me the part that my car needed wouldn't available until the next, he charged only hal extra mile for me. After apologizing for not calling me to tell me the part that my car needed wouldn't available until the next, he charged only half the labor rate. In addition to that, he managed to have one of the techs install some door handles I had purchased, AND secured the panel on the driver side of the car, at no charge. Being retired, and on a fixed income, and this car being the last one I have, I really appreciated the service. Thanks once again to Dave, and the entire Suntrup dealership! More

The service department got me into my appointment on time. My maintenance was started immediately. Once it was completed, I received a video from the service technician explaining what he did and that b time. My maintenance was started immediately.
