Everyone was very friendly; however, I've been in twice and the issue still isn't fixed. I have a brand new car with a loud rattle and it's disheartening as I'm spending a lot of money on my new vehicle a and the issue still isn't fixed. We brought in our Jetta a day early with non-working wipers because rain was forecast for the following day of our appointment. They were able to do analyses that day and had the wiper motor replaced e wipers because rain was forecast for the following day of our appointment.
