I am not exactly happy with what is happening at suntrup VW. I bought my Tiguan from Zach Sieler (who he is GREAT!! Cannot say enough good word about Zach!!) in January 2024. I thought everything was good u VW. I bought my Tiguan from Zach Sieler (who he is GREAT!! Cannot say enough good word about Zach!!) in January 2024. I thought everything was good upon leaving the dealership. I went to the DMV with my envelope of papers from the dealership and didn’t have the title. Okay, made a call to the dealership. Upon waiting for my title, I had to put regular Missouri plates on my Tiguan. I got the title after my temp tags were expired by three weeks. I didn’t have the right paperwork AGAIN when going to the DMV. I didn’t have an IDOD or lein release. By now- my plates are expiring in 2 months and I don’t know when the paperwork will be completed or even received in the mail. I have had ZERO choice except to trade my wonderful 2022 Tiguan with 11,000 for a 2019 with 47,000. To say I’m upset is a complete understatement. I had no other choice except to come back to buy another car from Zach and suntrup because let’s be honest I didn’t have a LEGAL title to the car I have been making payments on AND I’m 2 months ahead on for the last three months. I am very very sad of this outcome. If I would have known this would have been the outcome I wouldn’t not have bought a car from suntrup and would have stayed local to union, which is where I live. Let’s not mention: The wipers SUCK on my 2019, they smear all over the windshield The brake pads are at 4mm The headlights needs to be adjusted- they are pointing to the ground I didn’t get the interest rate I was quoted I didn’t t get the payment I was quoted I have went online and found every email I possibly could with connections int your company so that SOMEONE besides Zach Can help More
Need to work on you service scheduling. 4 weeks out to schedule a simple oil change is way too long. If it were not for the lifetime powertrain warranty, I would not use Suntrup service d 4 weeks out to schedule a simple oil change is way too long. Quality of work, Service Writers are all very good but having to plan 4-6 weeks in advance to schedule an oil change is ridiculous. More

3rd time in 5 years trying to get my Nissan Leaf serviced here and it has been a miserable experience every time. This year, despite me telling the scheduler that I needed an annual leaf battery inspection, here and it has been a miserable experience every time. This year, despite me telling the scheduler that I needed an annual leaf battery inspection, demanding that she verify that a Leaf technician is employed here (the problem the last time I tried to make an appointment here - showed up for the appointment and no Leaf technician), and verifying AGAIN when I arrived that it would be inspected by a Leaf technician, they gave me a "multi-point inspection" for an ICE car and a tire rotation i didn't ask for. I will never, EVER come back to Suntrup for anything. More
