Scott was not understanding of me and anyway when I tried to explain to him all of the problems that I had with the vehicle even though some of them were cosmetic he acted like they were no big deal. I came to explain to him all of the problems that I had with the vehicle even though some of them were cosmetic he acted like they were no big deal. I came in for an oil change. I know that it was a month early, but. My car and documents that had been sent to. My house had said that it needed to be changed almost 60 days before that so I’m just very unpleased at how I was treated like I didn’t know what I was talking about. More
