Ryan Thoele is amazing to work with at Nissan. He is always texting me about my vehicle and is giving me updates. He is an absolute joy to work with, not enough words to describe how awesome Ryan is, I appreciate all his help. The reason I gave a 3 rating is because we did not receive the same service from the Manager of the service department. He was very rude to my husband and when I called to have him call me, I NEVER received a call back. I have had my Nissan Quest for 10 years and all my service has been done through Nissan and most of the time I am very happy with my service. The last month has not been the best, but the customer service by the service manager was the worst. More

I paid them 7300 dollars cash for repair on my car September 20,2023 not my check engine light came back on October 17. I took it back up to them now they telling me that I might need a new engine so September 20,2023 not my check engine light came back on October 17. I took it back up to them now they telling me that I might need a new engine so why didn’t tell me that the head cylinder was messed up when they did all that $7300 repair work I haven’t been compensated for nothing and they charge me an additional $169 just to check my car again after I already paid them $7300 3 weeks prior poor service there they robbed me blind! Very poor experience. I won't ever buy another vehicle from Suntrup. Rear main seal went out( extended warranty covered it) and it took 30 days to get my Tiguan back. Very frustrated with communication from the service department. No one answers the phone, or returns voicemails. I had several unanswered voicemails. After 2 weeks of being avoided by the service department I emailed Preston to find out what was going on with my vehicle and to please have the service department reach out to me. I had to reach out to Preston 3 times to get anyone to communicate with me. This business has zero integrity or professionalism. More
