They only reason I gave Nissan a 3 star was because of the great service of Ryan. He kept me updated with my vehicle. Sadly it took I believe 4 times for my van to be serviced before it was all done. The one time I had knocking on my van and it was because after the service was done there were items that were not tightened and that is not good. Not one time did the manager of service ever call me since I was having all these issues, but that does not surprise me as he was very rude to my husband when he brought my van back the 2nd or 3rd time. Also, I did ask to make sure all my washer fluid was topped off at the end and two days after picking up my van, the light went off that I did not have any washer fluid. More
