Had a scheduled appointment. When I arrived for appointment I was told it would be 5 to 6 hours to get a simple oil change. I live 68 miles away and when scheduled service I wa When I arrived for appointment I was told it would be 5 to 6 hours to get a simple oil change. I live 68 miles away and when scheduled service I was asked if I will be waiting and I said yes . Never had this issue before and would hope it gets corrected. Why schedule an appointment if a customer has to wait 5 or 6 hours to get oil change. If I wanted that I would just be a drive up customer. Please correct this issue More

I've been to different dealership's this may be the best! I like how Scott took his time to listen to my car problem. He made me feel like a valued customer. He gave honest feedback. He even sent me a video from the acual car so i can see for myself. I can respect this because most places will just try to run up the tab and not communicate. This is a further location from the other one's but definitely worth the drive! More
